Gym Time!

It is time that I start hitting up the gym again! Softball season is over and I got to stay in shape somehow! So the gym and I are going to become best of friends! The gym here is super nice with lots of equipment, and two stories. Along with three basketball courts and two racquetball courts! I love playing racquetball but I have to find a new person to play with because the person I use to play with graduated! Today I walked on the treadmill for 1.75 miles and 30 minutes total! And it was on an incline! I had to get to work so I had to cut my workout short but I am thinking about going back after class tonight! That is one nice thing about the gym is it is open until 11 so I can go after class and have 2 hours to work out!

My goal is to lose 10 lbs before Christmas! I have already lost 10lbs in the past two months just playing softball on the weekends, so I am hoping if I work out more than one day a week that I will be able to lose 10 lbs in a month! I am going to start eating healthier and taking the stairs instead of the elevator! I am so excited about starting this! I hope I succeed! wish me luck!!!!
